WFPD officers responded on 03-20-22 at about 8:00 pm to the 3200 block of Iowa Park Road to investigate a vehicle crash involving a motorcycle.
The officers discovered that the Harley Davison motorcycle was traveling west bound on the 3200 block of Iowa Park Road when a Chevy Trailblazer pulled out of the parking lot of the Dollar Saver located on the corner of North Beverly and Iowa Park Road.
The motorcycle struck the Trailblazer causing the driver to be thrown from the motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle, 56-year-old Susan Driskill of Burkburnett, Texas, was not wearing a helmet during the crash.
Driskill was transported to the URHCS for treatment. Unfortunately, she was pronounced deceased at about 10:30 pm.
The driver of the Trailblazer was not injured.
