Junior Police Academy

The Wichita Falls Police Department offers young people the opportunity to experience law enforcement first hand through the Junior Police Academy. There is NO COST to students who wish to attend the academy. Students will learn about what it is like having a career in law enforcement. Students will have an opportunity to meet members of the Wichita Falls Police Special Operations Unit (SWAT), 911 Operators, Crime Scene Investigators, Patrol, K-9 Unit, Motorcycle Unit and much more.
